Interliving was founded by Tom Constanti and Demetris Shiouftas as an alternative to the rigid and inflexible property development industry in Cyprus. Combining their lengthy international experience and backgrounds in property management, development, finance and sales they have set out to offer a better experience for those looking for their forever home or a sound financial investment in a crowded market.
Demetris
Demetris is an expert in the field of property development. He holds a Law Degree from the University of Leicester and from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. He began his career as a manager for PWC working for the prestigious London Capital Markets Group in the UK. Upon his return to Cyprus he became one of the youngest Group Finance Directors on the island, working for Tsokkos Hotels Group.
In 2015 he joined Pafilia, one of the largest property developers in Cyprus, tasked with the role of CFO to strategically lead the group to financial success. This eventually led to Demetris being recruited as a CEO for Lanitis Golf Public Co Ltd, the company developing one of the largest golf resorts in Cyprus to develop the vision and strategy. With 20 years of experience in the finance and property development Demetris is now co-owner and executive director of Interliving.
